Overview

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can manage your data.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to track page views, agent interactions, and booking clicks. This helps us understand how visitors use the landing page and improve the experience.

No personal identifiers (name, email, phone) are collected through analytics. We collect: anonymized session IDs, page URLs, interaction events (agent start, completion, booking clicks), and device/browser information.

Agent Interactions

Agent conversations are logged anonymously in Firebase Firestore to improve agent quality. We store: company type, pain point, hours per week, and anonymized conversation logs.

Data is retained for 30 days, then automatically deleted. No personally identifiable information is collected before you book a consultation.

No PII Before Booking

We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number until you book a consultation via Google Calendar. Once you book, Google Calendar collects your information according to their privacy policy.

GDPR Rights

If you're an EU visitor, you have the right to:

  • Access your data (request a copy)
  • Delete your data (right to be forgotten)
  • Export your data (data portability)
  • Correct inaccurate data
